1. If I'm not home can I still use your service?
-Yes! As is the policy with all orders, please contact us via email or call us in advance (24-48 hrs) to inform of us of any specific details with your order.

2. If I want to cancel my subscription service at any time can I?
-Absolutely. At Regal, we value our customers autonomy and business. There are no contracts or hidden fees.
3. What do I put my clothes in the first time for pick up?
-Any large sized bag will do. A large garbage bag, or basket is recommended. After first pick up, sacks will be provided from us for your convenience for future visits.
4. If I'm a student wanting to do your student subscription do I need to show ID?
-Yes. Only students with a valid and current ID from a post secondary institution will be allowed to participate in a student subscription. If a false order is placed your order is subject to cancellation without a refund. 
5.Which areas do you serve?
-Regal is based out of Markham, Ontario however we serve Toronto and the GTA. 
6. Can I expedite my service?
-Expedited service is possible and must be communicated to us upon service request. An expedited service fee of $30 for same day service, or $20 for next day service must be sent via e-transfer before the scheduled laundry pickup.
7. Do you use high quality products?
-Regal Wash and Fold only uses the finest detergents and washing products to clean your laundry. We consider your laundry like our own family's. Every order placed will be treated like royalty.
